These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyAlgoTrade platform, website, mobile application, and all related services (“Services”).
By using MyAlgoTrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

1. Introduction

MyAlgoTrade is a technology provider offering automated trading tools, strategy execution, backtesting, and broker API integration.
We are not a broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or financial consultancy.

All trades are executed solely through the user’s linked broker account.

2. Eligibility

To use MyAlgoTrade, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a valid trading and demat account with a supported broker

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations of India

3. Services Provided

MyAlgoTrade offers:

  • Automated trade execution

  • Strategy creation (coding & no-code)

  • Backtesting & paper trading

  • Real-time monitoring and dashboards

  • Broker API connectivity

These services are provided as-is, without any guarantee of profits, accuracy, or uninterrupted performance.

4. No Financial Advice

MyAlgoTrade does not:

  • Provide buy/sell/hold recommendations

  • Offer investment or financial advice

  • Manage or trade on behalf of users

  • Promise profit or risk-free trading

Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.

5. API, Trading & Fund Safety

  • API keys provided by the user are encrypted and used only for trade execution.

  • MyAlgoTrade cannot access, withdraw, or manage your funds.

  • All transactions occur through your broker’s platform.

  • You agree to use your API responsibly and keep your credentials confidential.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the platform legally and ethically

  • Not misuse automation or APIs

  • Ensure your strategies follow exchange rules

  • Maintain stable internet and device connectivity

  • Monitor your trades regularly

Any loss caused due to strategy errors, wrong configurations, API failures, or market volatility is your responsibility.

7. Payments & Billing

  • MyAlgoTrade follows a “Pay When You Use” or subscription-based model (as applicable).

  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • By making payments, you authorize us to process them through trusted payment gateways.

A separate Refund Policy can be provided if you need it.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyAlgoTrade shall not be held liable for:

  • Trading losses of any kind

  • Strategy performance failures

  • Delay or failure in execution

  • Server downtime or technical issues

  • Loss caused by volatile market conditions

  • Broker-side API issues or system outages

Users trade entirely at their own risk.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to offer 24/7 service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical challenges may temporarily affect availability.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, tools, features, algorithms, and content belong to MyAlgoTrade.
Users may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse API or platform features

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Harm platform security or performance

You may also request account deletion at any time.

12. Third-Party Links

The platform may include links to third-party websites or brokers.
MyAlgoTrade is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

13. Changes to Terms

MyAlgoTrade reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
